DEVELOPING: CFSI Reports that Ashley Warren and MacKenzie Myers have been found safe February 23, 2013

Ashley Warren Found Safe CFSI

(MPN) Ashley Warren, 14, was last seen Wednesday, February 20, 2012 around the McDonalds at 6048 Stage Road in Bartlett Tennessee, about 15 miles northwest of Memphis.

Ashley Phone Driveway mpn Ashley has a condition that requires medication and without that medication she is in extreme danger.

She was accompanied by the also missing MacKenzie Myers, 14 years old.  MPN will update with her information as available.

While unconfirmed at this time, they may have driven away with a 20 year old white male.

Ashley is 5’5”, weighs 150 pounds, and has green eyes and brown hair. She was last known to be wearing blue jeans, a purple polo shirt, and a white North Face jacket.

Ashley 11 Angle warm mpnIn most jurisdictions, knowingly harboring a juvenile entails criminal penalties or civil litigation.  In all jurisdictions, as a rule of thumb, the longer the delay the worse the consequences for the perpetrators or abettors ranging with penalties including incarceration, fines, and monetary awards. These girls are minors. In Tennessee, depending upon circumstances, this could constitute statutory rape.
